Wedding Information & Hall Rentals

 

St. Benedict’s rents the parish hall to outside groups as long as the date is available and the event has been approved by the church office. There is a hall rental deposit which is required to hold the date (see documents below for current pricing). No date will be held without a deposit. The deposit is refundable after the event has taken place as long as all rules are applied and the party has ended and everyone is out of the building by 2 am. No part of the deposit will be applied to any balance due for the use of the facility.

The hall will seat 200 people. The Hall rental includes tables and chairs and the use of a full kitchen.

The kitchen has ample counter space 2 gas stoves for heating purposes only, 3 commercial sinks a full freezer a regular household refrigerator and a microwave there is no ice maker.

Alcohol is allowed as well as outside rentals and catering.

There are 20 round tables available which seat 10 people each and measure 72” round there are 200 blue and black stackable padded chairs

There are 4 8ft tables and 4 6ft tables available.

White table linens are available for rental.

Clean up set up and security fee is non negotiable. The fee covers set up and break down of tables and chairs and the cleaning of the floors in the hall, kitchen and bathrooms. And security on the premises while the party is being held.
